Accessibility Statement
Rallyve works to make Noviq usable and accessible to all users, including people with disabilities — in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998), the service-accessibility regulations, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.
1. What is implemented
- Full keyboard navigation — every action, including the schedule board (assigning shifts without drag-and-drop), menus, and popovers, can be performed with the keyboard alone.
- Focus management — dialogs trap focus, close on Escape, and return focus to the control that opened them; every interactive element has a visible focus ring.
- “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Screen-reader support — ARIA roles for dialogs, menus, and notifications; semantic heading structure.
- Reduced motion— animations respect the system-level “reduce motion” preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
- Full Hebrew + RTL layout on every screen, and a dark display mode.
2. Known limitations
Our public pages (landing, sign-in, sign-up, and these legal pages) are scanned automatically for WCAG A/AA violations in both English and Hebrew, and currently scan clean. Accessibility checks also run on every code change. Known remaining work as of the statement date:
- Screens inside the signed-in product are reviewed with assistive technology on an ongoing basis; issues found there are fixed with priority but may exist between reviews.
As fixes land, we will update this statement and its version date.
3. Compatibility
The site is tested in modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) together with the VoiceOver and NVDA screen readers, on desktop and on narrow (mobile) screens.
4. Feedback and accessibility-adjustment requests
Hit an accessibility problem? We want to know and fix it. Contact our accessibility coordinator at support@rallyve.com. We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and handle them promptly. If you need a specific adjustment to use the service, say so in your message and we will work to find a solution.
5. Statement date and updates
This statement is reviewed and updated at least once a year, and after any material change to the site’s accessibility. The current version date appears at the top of the page.
