Cancellation, Refunds & Service Delivery
This document explains what you buy when you join Noviq, what it costs, how you pay, how the service is delivered, how to cancel, and what is refunded. It complements the Terms of Service (which prevail in case of conflict) and the Privacy Policy.
This document is published in Hebrew and in English. The Hebrew version is the binding version; this English text is provided for convenience.
1. Who we are
The service is operated by Rallyve, an unregistered Israeli partnership of Lior Sionov and Adiel Label, which is registered for VAT as a licensed dealer. Email: support@rallyve.com. Every invoice carries the registration number.
2. What you buy
Noviq is an online software service for shift scheduling, time clock, leave and timesheets, provided as a subscription. The plans, their prices and what each includes are on the pricing page at noviq.rallyve.com/pricing. As of this version:
- Free — no charge, up to 5 active members in the workspace.
- Team and Pro — priced per active member per month, as stated on the pricing page.
- Enterprise — custom pricing and terms under a separate agreement.
Every new workspace starts with a 30-day trial of everything in the Pro plan, with no credit card and no commitment. When the trial ends, a workspace with up to 5 members moves to the Free plan automatically; a larger one chooses a plan.
3. Price, currency and VAT
Prices are shown in US dollars, per active member per month, and exclude VAT. A customer in Israel is charged VAT at the statutory rate, shown separately on the invoice. An invoice may be issued in US dollars or in shekels at the representative rate on the invoice date, as stated on it. A price change is announced at least 30 days in advance, as the Terms describe, and applies only to billing periods that start after the notice.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed by an invoice we issue to the customer, normally once a month based on the number of active members. Each invoice states its due date and the accepted payment methods. There is no automatic card charge at this stage. If an invoice goes unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only after the grace period described in the Terms — the data stays, and nothing is deleted.
5. Service delivery
The service is software accessed through the browser and the mobile app; no physical product is shipped and there are no shipping fees. Access is granted immediately when the workspace is opened (the trial) and continues without interruption for as long as the plan is active. Where something needs setting up by us (for example, moving to a paid plan), we do it within one business day of the request and confirm by email.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time, with no penalty and no minimum term. To cancel, email support@rallyve.com from a workspace administrator’s address (the address is also shown under Settings → Billing & plan). We confirm the request in writing.
- Free plan and trial — stop whenever you like. There is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
- Paid plan — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. Nothing is charged after that date.
If you are a “consumer” under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (an individual who bought the service for personal use), the cancellation provisions of that law and its regulations apply to you, including: a continuous transaction ends within three business days of the cancellation notice (six if sent by registered mail), and you are not charged for service provided after the cancellation date. The law prevails over this document in case of conflict.
7. Refunds
- A billing period that has already been invoiced and paid is not refunded — cancellation stops the next charges, not the current one.
- A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded in full, within 14 days of the mistake being confirmed.
- If we end the service for our own reasons (not because of a breach on your side), or a material failure on our side prevents use of the service for an extended period, we refund the unused part of any fees paid in advance, pro rata.
- Refunds go back by the same means the payment was made, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- A consumer’s refund rights under the Consumer Protection Law are unaffected.
8. Your data after cancellation
Cancelling or not paying deletes nothing. The workspace becomes read-only: viewing and exports keep working, timesheets and schedules are kept as the records an employer must retain by law, and everything can be exported at any time. A workspace is deleted only at its administrator’s request, after a 30-day wind-down for exports, as the Data Processing Addendum describes.
9. Questions and changes
Questions about billing, cancellation or refunds: support@rallyve.com. The current version of this document is always at noviq.rallyve.com/legal/refunds; every version is dated, and a change applies only to billing periods that start after it.
