- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes. Workspaces with up to 5 active members stay free — manual scheduling, availability, leave and timesheets included. No time limit and no credit card.
- What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
- Teams of 5 or fewer move to the Free plan automatically. Bigger teams pick Team or Pro. Nothing is deleted either way — if a plan lapses, the workspace becomes read-only until you choose one.
- How is the per-member price counted?
- By active members in your workspace. Deactivated members don't count. Team is $3 and Pro is $5 per active member per month.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The trial starts on signup with no payment details. You only add billing when you pick a paid plan.
- What does Enterprise include?
- Everything in Pro plus priority support, onboarding help, invoicing and custom agreements. Pricing is custom — talk to us.
