Your own shifts, a week at a time, with each slot’s staffing range in view. Fill the week automatically from availability or place people by hand; coverage updates as you edit, so a short slot shows while you can still fix it. Publishing tells the team.

People mark each shift blocked, open or preferred, week by week, and can ask for particular shifts. Managers see the whole team on one grid, and the auto-fill treats a block as final. A block over the weekly limit goes to the manager to decide.

Clock in and out from a browser or the iPhone app. A workspace can ask for a site code or a location check at clock-in; by default a failed check is flagged for the manager rather than refused, clock-out is never refused, and no coordinates are kept.

Who is at work, on a break, late or missing right now, for each manager, with a map of your sites. One tap sends a reminder to someone who has not clocked in.

People book their break on a shared board, within the rules you set: how many can be out at once, and how many breaks each person gets. The phone tells them when it starts and when it is about to end.

Requests land on a month calendar tinted by how much of the team is out each day. Approving one tells the person and fills the days in on their timesheet. Sick days and reserve duty are never refused by blackout dates or caps.

Each month fills in from the published schedule, up to today. People correct their actual times; leave and holidays fill in on their own. A manager approves each month, and a reopened month keeps its history.

Payroll-ready XLSX and CSV in the layout your payroll system reads. The engine applies your pay rules — a flat rate, or the Israeli preset with 125% and 150% overtime and Shabbat and holiday pay — and shows the sum for every day. Finance closes the month when it is final.

Hours by person, a twelve-month trend of hours, and leave by person and type, for any month. Open someone’s row to see their month.

Give work to one person or to whoever is on a shift, once or on a schedule, and see what got done. Forms and checklists collect answers from the floor for a manager to review.

Invite people by email or a join link, give each a role — employee, finance, manager or admin — and group them into teams with their own managers, shifts and staffing ranges.

News reaches the bell in the app, the phone and Slack, and documents and forms can go by email. Each kind has its own switches, and people read their notifications in their own language.
