Noviq is a multi-tenant shift-scheduling platform for 24/7 operations, NOC and SOC teams. It turns the rotation spreadsheet into a living schedule: coverage gaps surface before the week ships, swaps clear with a tap, and finance gets a payroll-ready timesheet at the cutoff.
Schedule
The week is a 7-day × 3-shift grid where assignments are dragged, swapped and locked. Coverage tone updates live as you edit, so an understaffed evening shows up while you can still fix it — not after publish. Publishing notifies the team and snapshots the week for the audit trail.
Availability
Employees mark each shift blocked, open or preferred, week by week. Managers see the whole team in one color-coded matrix, and the auto-scheduler treats it as ground truth. Over-limit block requests route to the manager for an explicit decision.
Leave
Requests carry live coverage context: the calendar tints each day by how staffed it stays if the leave is approved. Approvals notify the employee, land on the schedule, and pre-fill the timesheet as rest days.
Timesheet
Each month starts pre-filled from the published schedule. Employees adjust actual in/out times per day; holidays and approved leave slot in automatically. Finance signs off, and a reopened month keeps its full history.
Finance
A finance workspace with payroll-ready XLSX and CSV exports. The payroll engine applies your policy — flat rates, or the Israeli preset with 125%/150% overtime and Shabbat/holiday premiums — and shows the math per day.
Analytics
Hours per employee, coverage trends, leave heatmaps, per-team splits. The numbers managers actually ask for at the end of the month, without exporting to a spreadsheet first.
People & Teams
Invitations, role gates (employee / finance / manager / admin), and team scoping. Model SOC, NOC and on-call as separate teams with their own managers and staffing minimums.
Notifications
Bell, Slack and email. Open-shift fill requests can be claimed straight from the Slack channel; approvals and swaps notify the right people in their language.
Admin
Workspace settings, shift and payroll policies, holiday calendars, branding, billing and the audit log — every change recorded with who and when.
